Shipping policy

All jewellery is handmade by me, Rita. Many pieces are made to order, so some orders may take a little longer to dispatch. Please check each item’s description for an estimated dispatch time. 

Please note: 

  •  Heavier silver pieces require third-party hallmarking, which may take 2-3 weeks to be dispatched. 

  • Sterling silver and fine silver items typically take 1-2 weeks to dispatch. 

  • Other items in stock are usually dispatched within 1 week. 

Once shipped, delivery times will depend on the shipping method you select during checkout. We ship all UK orders via EVRI tracked service, and all international orders to Europe are shipped via Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed for. 

For UK orders, you can choose express delivery at checkout for an additional fee. Express delivery is expected to arrive within 1-3 business days. 

Tracking numbers will be provided in your dispatch email. 

Delivery Charges: 

United Kingdom: 

  • Standard delivery tracked (2-4 business days): £3.50
  • Express delivery tracked (1-3 business days): £4.00 

Europe:

  • Tracked & Signed (3-7 business days): £10.50 

Business days are Monday to Friday. 

 

Free Delivery: 

Free delivery is available for UK customers for orders over £75. 

Please note that return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.
