Return & refund policy

I hope you love your jewellery as much as I love creating it! However, if you need to return an item, please contact me at admin@reetshandcraftjewellery.co.uk

I offer a 14-day return policy. From the date the refund is requested, you will have 14 days to return the item for a refund.

Please note:

• Custom orders or personalised items are non-refundable.
• For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on earrings.
• sale items are non-refundable

You will be responsible for return shipping costs. For your protection, I kindly recommend fully insuring your item and using a shipping method that provides tracking, as Reets Hand Craft cannot be held responsible for any items lost or damaged in transit that were not shipped by us.

When returning an item, please include the following:

• Order number
• Name and address
• Reason for return

A refund will be issued once the returned items are received and in good condition. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund.

If your item is faulty or you experience any issues upon receipt, please contact me immediately at the email address above. Be sure to include your order number and details of the issue, and I will respond as soon as possible.
